Finedel DSR-2000
Series
It is a liquid solder resist of alkali development type.
The major feature has two-liquid type, excellent in adhesion
and heat resistance, and excellent chemical resistance.

Solder Paste
Solder Paste TLF series is Pb-free solder paste using
Pb-free manufactured with the atomized gas and centrifugal
spraring methods. Poder is fine and processes a truly
spherical skape. It has less oxidation and high technical
flux. As the paste contains no Pb. It will largely contribute
to the protection of global environment. Furthermore,
excellent reliability can be obtained with the flux with
flux without washing.

Solder Paste RMA series is a solder paste which consists
of RMA type flux satisfies QQ-S-571E and spherical solder
powder with very little oxide. So flux residue after soldering
becomes high reliable coating with excellent insulation
resistance. And possible to use for 0.5 mm pitch such
as QFP.

Solderite
Flux
They are protective coatings of high performance developed
for the roller application for specific purpose of protecting
the copper foil surface on the printed circuit boards.
Solderite WPF are the water-based protective coating.
All of them are compatible to the postflux so as to assure
reliable soldering.
Wave
and Reflow Soldering System

series for reflow soldering system. Also they have wave

Suva®
123(R-123)Replaces R-11
Suva® 123 is an HCFC replacement refrigerant
for R-11 in low-pressure centrifugal chillers. Now centrifugal
equipment designed for Suva® 123 can provide
exceptionally high energy efficiency.
Suva®
134a(R-134a)Replaces R-12
Suva® 134a is a long term HFC replacement
refrigerant for R-12. Applications include retrofit and
new installations of medium and high temperature stationary
commercial refrigeration and chiller equipment.

Freon®22
Freon® are used as refrigerants; as blowing
agents in the manufacture of insulation, packaging, and
cushioning foams; as cleaning agents for metal and electronic
components; and in many other applications.

Suva®407C(R-407C)Replaces
R-22
Suva® 407C is a long-term HFC replacement
for R-22 in positive displacement equipment such as new
or existing residential and commercial air conditioners
and heat pumps. Suva® 407C offers
similar performance to R-22 and can be used to retrofit
existing R-22 air conditioning equipment.

410A(R-410A)Replaces R-22
Suva® 407C is a higher-pressure refrigerant
than R-22 and should be used ONLY in equipment specifically
designed for R-410A.

replacement for R-13, R-503 and R-23 in new and existing
very low temperature(below-40°F)applications such

polypropylene. Bynel® adhesive resins are

Nucrel®
Acid Copolymers
Nucrel® acid copolymers are a terpolymer
of ethylene, methacrylic acid, and acrylate, available
for use in conventional extrusion coating, coextrusion
coating, and extrusion laminating equipment designed to
process polyethylene resins.
Surlyn®
Resins
Surlyn® resins are for use in
cast film and extrusion coating operations. It can be
used in both extrusion and coextrusion coating equipment
designed to process polyethylene resins.
